I swear I thought this was just another one of those swollen legs videos... But hearing the pineapple trick explained actually made me stay and watch.

Same here. When she explained why the usual advice never helped my heavy, puffy legs, it finally clicked.

Exactly. I’ve watched hours of videos about swollen ankles before. This one felt like it was describing exactly what I deal with.

Honest question… is this pineapple trick just another marketing hype?

I asked myself the same thing. I stayed skeptical until she explained what pineapple has to do with fluid buildup and heavy legs.

Has anyone here actually tried the pineapple trick? I’d love to know whether it helped with the tight, heavy feeling.

It’s not even about the number on the scale for me. I just want my legs and ankles to stop feeling so swollen by the end of the day.

Yes! The swelling around my ankles is what worries me the most.

Has anyone with lipedema tried this yet? Or is it mainly for occasional swelling?

I’ve been following it for a few days. My legs don’t feel quite as heavy at night, but I’m giving it more time.

What surprised me most was the explanation. I had no idea the heavy, tender feeling could be connected to fluid trapped in the tissue.

I almost closed the video when I saw how long it was. Glad I didn’t—the pineapple part finally made sense.

The craziest part is realizing the pineapple trick wasn’t about eating bowls of pineapple all day. The misleading versions online had me completely confused.

I stayed because they finally talked about women whose legs stay disproportionately swollen even when they lose weight.
